on implementation of the General Regulation on the protection of personal data

(Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals concerning the processing of personal data and the free exchange of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/ES)

Business corporation EventEx s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as EventEx), as a handler of personal data, processes personal data under the terms and conditions regulated by the Executive Director´s directive Data Protection Standards according to GDPR of 24 May 2018. 

You can email EventEx in order to claim your privacy rights at: tereza@eventex.cz, or via post at: EventEx s.r.o., Nám. Republiky 656/8, 110 00 Praha 1, Staré Město. 

It is possible, in relevant cases and via aforementioned means of communication, to appeal to EventEx to exercise the right to access, correct or delete personal data, or to request a restriction on processing, by objecting to processing, as well as exercise the right to data portability and other rights under the General Data Protection Regulation. 

Subjects may also, via the aforementioned means of communication, appeal to EventEx to revoke their previously given consent to the processing of personal data.
